Preach Now collects only what it needs to be your sermon-writing and preaching tool:
We don't use anything you write to train AI models. Nothing about sermon-writing here involves AI at all, and we run no ad-tracking scripts anywhere.
Preach Now is offline-first: everything you write is saved to your own device first, so preaching never depends on a connection. If you're signed in, that same data is also synced to our database, hosted by Supabase, so it follows you to your other devices. Supabase is the only place your sermons are stored outside your own devices. We don't sell, rent, or share them with anyone else. Sign-in links and the occasional account email, like a reminder that a trial is ending, are sent through Resend, an email-delivery service, solely to get those messages to your inbox. Resend never receives your sermons.
We don't use cookies. Your signed-in session and local sermon data are kept in your browser's own storage, the same way any installed app keeps its data on your device.
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe, a payment processor used by millions of businesses. Your card details never reach Preach Now at all: you enter them on Stripe's own secure page, and Stripe stores them. We never see, hold, or have any way to retrieve your card number, and we can't charge you outside the monthly subscription you signed up for.
What we store on our side is only a reference number that identifies you to Stripe, whether your subscription is trialing, active, or lapsed, and the dates that status changed. To manage or remove your card, or to see past invoices, Settings sends you to Stripe's own billing portal rather than asking you to hand those details to us.
Stripe receives your email address so it can send you receipts and so a payment can be matched to your account. It never receives your sermons or anything you write. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Payments on iPad. If you subscribe in the Preach Now iPad app, Apple handles the payment through the App Store, using the payment method on your Apple Account. We never see your card or any other payment details. We use RevenueCat to confirm App Store subscriptions: it receives your Preach Now account ID and your App Store purchase history, such as when you subscribed and whether it renewed, and tells us whether your subscription is active. It never receives your email address, your sermons, or anything you write. RevenueCat handles that information under its own privacy policy. To manage or cancel an App Store subscription, use the Subscriptions page in your iPad's Settings.
On the public pages of preachnow.app, the home, pricing, sign-up, privacy and terms pages, we count visits using Vercel Analytics. It records which pages were viewed and roughly where in the world the visit came from. It sets no cookies, builds no profile, and cannot identify you.
The app itself is not measured. Once you are signed in, nothing counts your visits: not the gallery, not the editor, not Preach Mode.
If you turn on Share for a sermon, anyone with that specific link can view a read-only copy of it, no account or sign-in required. Nothing is searchable or public beyond that one link. Turning Share off, or turning it on again later, retires the old link permanently; it will never work again even if someone still has it saved.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Moving a sermon to Trash keeps it recoverable for 30 days, after which it's purged automatically. If a payment ever lapses, nothing is deleted right away: you keep full access for 30 days, then read-only access and export for another 60, and only after 90 days of non-payment is an account and its data permanently deleted.
Choosing Cancel account in Settings is immediate and permanent: it deletes your account and every sermon, series, and version in it right away, with no grace period. Export anything you want to keep first. If you subscribed on iPad, turn off the subscription in your iPad's Settings as well: Apple bills it, so deleting your account can't stop it for you.
You can export any single sermon as a Word document any time, or export your entire sermon library at once as a .zip from Settings. Your writing is never locked into Preach Now. You can also update your display name, photo, or sign-in email from Settings at any time, and delete your account entirely when you choose to.
Questions about your data or this policy can go to hello@preachnow.app any time.
